Yes, I've got bipolar disorder.
Yes, I do know it's very tough on my behalf to remain on the same topic, rather than hundreds during any discourse. Rather than getting annoyed by me, take me back to the subject we were discussing. My brain doesn't process like yours.
I wish people could understand that the brain is the most vital organ of our body. Simply because you cannot see a psychological state just like the broken bone, it doesn't mean it's not harmful or injurious.
It is very difficult for people littered with bipolar disorder or any mental issues like mine. Emotional disorder formerly referred to as mental disorder results in an unfamiliar behavior of a person due to shift in their mood, activity, thinking capacity, and inner ability to cope. I fight for my health each day in some ways which individuals don’t understand. I'm not slothful, I'm a fighter. Don’t tease me, rather show love, respect and acceptance. Don’t poke me, rather help me avoid the negative influence. Good people don't rag others, they lift them up. Help me get obviate the mental problem. Help me be such as you with a good psychological state. I need to be attentive, I need to concentrate, and that I have the ability to prepare things. All I would like is your support.
There are many people like me, who are suffering because of different reasons. I experienced this illness due to long-term stress. There are many others who suffered from child abuse, bereavement, discrimination, social isolation, force, poverty, unemployment, homelessness, and lots more. Don’t let people suffer in silence – help them, you will be precious to the present society than you'll ever know.
I am the victim and that I understand how important mental health is:
* It helps in actualizing one's potential
* It helps in emotional development
* It helps in aesthetic development
* It helps in making proper judgment
* It helps in moral development
* It helps in social development and a lot more.
I really don’t like being unusual. Felling disconnected, illogical thinking, drop in functioning, mood swing, nervousness, change in appetite is what came upon me. I select to be loved by people within society. My beloved suggest me to get surrounded by good people, meditate, and take counseling classes or psychotherapy.
An individual can make their psychological state better by exercising and eating healthy foods, by rapport building, by getting much sleep, by managing stress, and by asking for help with others when necessary. Now I strongly believe, different dimensions of wellbeing play a significant role in making life simpler and happy. Physical wellbeing is anxious about exercising healthy habits and performing physical activities which experience the balanced state of the body. Environmental wellbeing concentrates on living respectful life by fulfilling your duties and responsibilities. Social well-being specializing in nurturing the relationship between each other, and lastly, the emotional dimension contributing towards self-respect and managing owns emotion to measure happy life which makes individuals life satisfactory.
Mental Issues aren't one's choice, but recovery is. Recovery isn't only one activity. It's a very long time process that takes place sooner or later, one step at a time. You can help them empower and get a healthier life. When 'I' is replaced by 'we', even illness becomes wellness. Let's help people share their stories and live healthier and happier life like yours.
Today I shared my story. Now it is your turn. Don’t be ashamed of sharing your story, it'll inspire others.
Start your day with a grateful heart. Let us support mental health awareness month.
